By placing an order with BEEUTACIOUS, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. All custom-made items are subject to a 50% deposit upon order confirmation. Final payment is required before production begins. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party file uploads or design revisions.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the bespoke nature of our custom printing and creative production, we do not offer refunds for custom-made items. Once a design is approved and production has started, the order cannot be canceled. We recommend reviewing your artwork thoroughly before submitting your request. In the event of a manufacturing error, we will contact you to discuss a resolution.
